VISU member Hanne Schonkeren will be presenting her research at the 36th Congress of the Comité International d'Histoire de l'Art, hosted in Lyon, 23 - 28 June 2024.
This contribution, part of the session ‘Create, re-Create: towards an experimental history of art? (1/2)’ focuses on the technique of chasing and repoussé in early modern Antwerp silverware. These findings are the result of a hands-on workshop followed by silversmith and metal conservator Patrick Storme.
The presentation will be held at the Salon Roseraie 2, Centre de Congrès de Lyon, on 24 June, 14.00.
