PhD student Senne Schraeyen participates in the workshop Ecology, Aesthetics and Everyday Cultures of Modernity. He will moderate a panel and present his research on Roger Raveel titled Counteracting the polluted and the pastoral: Roger Raveel’s attempts towards an engaged aesthetics of complexity. The event is organized by The Käte Hamburger Research Centre “Dis:connectivity in Processes of Globalisation” (global dis:connect).
